These minivan rates are for pre-bookings by telephone, or email  and are per vehicle, not per person!  Please contact us to enquire about our tariffs for other Oxford destinations.  

We only provide travel to/from the Oxford area, i.e. London to Oxford, but regret not London to London, neither do we cater for late-night hen/stag parties. Otherwise we are happy to quote for any journey  involving Oxfordshire (including Brize Norton) to anywhere in the UK. All email enquiries  will be answered promptly within the day.

Booking Terms and Conditions.

All prices quoted are for cash/cheque or credit card payment to driver at time of travel, or for one-off airport pick-ups  from new clients previously unknown to us, we prefer credit card # telephoned, faxed or emailed to hold reservation.  Credit card will not be charged until journey is completed and of course there is no additional surcharge for credit card payment.
We will always accommodate  multiple pick-ups/drop-offs around Oxford but they may attract a small payment depending on extra time & distance involved. Published rates are for within or near the Oxford city ring-road .                                
 For destinations and collections not mentioned in our price list, please contact for a firm quotation in advance.
We are sometimes involved in additional waiting, despite our careful monitoring of flight arrivals on the internet (perhaps immigration are slow etc.) in this event, any waiting over 60 minutes will be charged at twenty pounds an hour pro-rata. We re-state though, this is unusual. 
Additional car parking is charged at cost. (See note above).
Child seats are available gratis if required, please advise us of age of small children travelling.    Driver will wait in arrivals hall for 90 minutes after plane has landed unless advised otherwise.
He will have passenger paged on public address system before assuming no show-up and leaving. No show-ups are charged at full fare. Cancellations charged only if the car has already been despatched.
All taxes are included and gratuities are at client's discretion .
We have a no smoking policy in all of our cars.
